My training progress
I will try to update my progress on this page at least once fortnightly.
Date: Before August 2007
I am leaving China for 5 months. I know my body is going to suffer serious damage.
July 2007
Date: 31st January 2008
My body practically aged by at least 5 years when I only stayed 5 months in a rural village in China where I have access to inferior food and training.
I weigh 62kg with a noticeable tummy. I have a lot of trigger points especially on my hip flexor. My posture suffers a lot.
I will be doing the following.
- A lot of foam rolling.
- Some flexibility training.
- Core training
- Basic strength (corrective phrase).

18th February 2008 (7 sessions)
Update (22nd Feb):
I have decided to improve on my scupular stability (rehab) before i start training again. Will start training early March.
After workout on 29th Feb, I'm still under rehab training. Will start real training real soon.
I have increase 1.3kg of bodyweight while losing 2 inches off my waist currently.


Update (7th March):
Current weight is 63kg. I am very happy that my frame is almost back & I am seeing development in my calves.
Update (14th March):
Current weight is 63.4kg. Will be ignore my bodyfat for time being while I focus on mass gain.
Update (3rd April):
Current weight is 64.5kg. Will still be focusing on gaining more mass.
Regained my 6 pack, going for something special now.

15th May: Current weight is 65.6kg. Still focusing on mass slowly.
2nd June: 67kg. Same as usual. Happy with current size, don't mind increasing more mass too though.
Oct 2008: Weight stabilised at 70kg. Have not train lower body for the past 6 weeks (soccer) and next few weeks. (Injury from soccer)

Dec 2008: 71kg.
