The Enhanced NS IPPT System
With the Enhanced NS IPPT System (with effect from 1 April 2011), NSmen who are unable to pass IPPT will need to spend more time for RT, IPT & "residential" IPT/RT. This mean you will miss more time at work and suffer the negative consequences for missing at work. There is also no more chance to abuse the system by attending RT/IPT once in a 2-year window.

The group session will consist of training for all 5 stations.
- Pull up
- Standing board jump
- Sit up
- Shuttle run
- 2.4km run
Training will be conducted from 715pm at Yishun stadium. Other time slot & location will depend on demand.
