Personal Training Rates

Each session will be charged from $80. Please see my testimonial below on how I will be focusing to complete each session's goal instead of rushing off to another location.

  1. A typical full workout will consist of full warm up (include foam rolling/massage) to strength training and cardio.
  2. Each session may go for more than 2 hours which include lifestyle consultation.
  3. Lifestyle consultation includes stress management, good sleeping habit, recommended supplement etc.
  4. The actual strength training will be capped at 40 minutes for best result.
  5. Personal progress will be tracked with a measuring tape, a skinfold caliper (3 sites testing) & a weighing scale.

You may consider a trial session at $100 to test on my knowledge.
