Personal Training Rates
Each session will be charged from $80. Please see my testimonial below on how I will be focusing to complete each session's goal instead of rushing off to another location.

- A typical full workout will consist of full warm up (include foam rolling/massage) to strength training and cardio.
- Each session may go for more than 2 hours which include lifestyle consultation.
- Lifestyle consultation includes stress management, good sleeping habit, recommended supplement etc.
- The actual strength training will be capped at 40 minutes for best result.
- Personal progress will be tracked with a measuring tape, a skinfold caliper (3 sites testing) & a weighing scale.
You may consider a trial session at $100 to test on my knowledge.
