2.4Km Run: retired at 1.2km mark with a timing of 9:15

Jer has made tremendous progress with me in 16 sessions. We are able to work hand in hand in attaining his fitness goal of getting a silver in the IPPT. I hope he will be able to keep up with the trainings we had so far and achieve even better result in the future.
