Getting BIGGER than the trainer

Vinson started training with me on 26th March 2008. Seeing that he will be putting in a lot of effort (making changes to his diet and workout), I can see that he will be having good progress with me. Thus, I'm putting this page up first.

Problem: Take a look at his over dominant middle trapezius (middle back). He has winging shoulders (shoulders rounding to the front) because of 500 push ups daily. These are just 2 of the many problems that he has.

At the end of 16 sessions...

He has too many problems. It's fortunate that we are able to deal with most of his problems in 16 sessions (with his hard work). He is able to do a full deadlift (almost) and full ATG squat (from the picture above).

Other than fixing his mobility and posture problem etc in 16sessions, we can also see some fat loss.

I wish him luck in reaching his fitness goal.

Year 2011... He did it, gaining over 25kg before going for the cut.
